Day 6: Ephesians 2:10

 

Lord,

Ephesians 2:10 reminds me that You have planned for me to do good things and to write what You want me to write. This is the reason You sent Christ to help me be what You have called me to be.

Give me clear directions on what You would have me to write, so that I can write it well. Give me precise instructions on how You want me to use my writings so that I will be able to do good things with my stories.

Show me how I have been called to edify the body of Christ because I am Your workmanship, created in Christ to do good things with my writing. Help me to walk in that truth.

When I doubt myself, have fear, or want to give up, let Your Word ring in my heart…

You have me right where You want me. You shower Your grace and kindness upon me everyday through Jesus Christ. I must let Jesus guide me as I write, so that I can do the good work You have called me to do.

Let every word I write glorify You and help someone.
